Mangan Ta Na! A Pampanga Special Dinner Event. Part 1

Enjoy an evening of 10-course elevated tasting menu dinner event featuring the special dishes of Pampanga province, the culinary capital of the Philippines.  Last dinner event, we featured Bulacan province with dishes mostly from the Pulilan and Calumpit town where Ron's mom came from and two miles away are the towns of Apalit, Angeles and San Fernando, the restaurant scenes and destinations in Pampanga. Bulacan and Pampanga provinces share similar dishes and desserts but arguably Kapampangans will claim it differently because they put move love and thoughts in their cooking.  With few hours away from Metro Manila, Pampanga host huge wedding venues and events every year specially in the ber months. 

Experience another dinner meals curated by Chefs Chris, Ron, Lynne, Mike and their team on November 10, Friday at 7 pm.  Drinks will be provided and since the dishes are carefully selected and mostly personal expressions by the chefs, limited diet restrictions and food allergies will be accommodated.  Certain recipes required seafoods or shellfish, herbs and nuts.
