Naimas! A visit to Narvacan.

A prix fixe 10 course elevated dinner event featuring the dishes from Ilocos region.  Chef Ron's dad's family came from the province of Narvacan.  A town that sits in between the coast of South China Sea and the Cordillera mountain range.  The recent visit inspires the chefs and the team to showcase some of the flavorfull popular dishes  from Narvacan and the surrounding towns such as the Vigan empanada, dinengdeng,  dinakdakan and many more.  These tasty foods like other regional Filipino foods are under represented and not being showcase and serve in any Filipino restaurants in the US and other cities around the world.
